PAXLAN FITNESS "Doing It Tough Program" Promo Offer Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the PAXLAN FITNESS "Doing It Tough Program" Promo Offer (the "Offer"). By applying for this Offer, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Eligibility

  1. Applicant Eligibility:

    • The Offer is open to residents of Romsey who are experiencing financial hardship.

    • Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.

  2. Nominee Eligibility:

    • If nominating someone else, the nominee must also be a resident of Romsey and experiencing financial hardship.

    • Nominees must be 18 years of age or older.

Application Process

  1. Application Submission:

    • Applications must be submitted through the designated application form provided by PAXLAN FITNESS.

    • All required fields in the application form must be completed accurately and truthfully.

  2. Application Review:

    • PAXLAN FITNESS will review all applications and may contact applicants or nominees for further information if necessary.

    • Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance into the Offer.

  3. Confidentiality:

    • All information provided in the application will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of evaluating eligibility for the Offer.

Membership Details

  1. Membership Benefits:

    • The Offer provides eligible applicants or nominees with a free 24/7 gym membership and/or class membership at PAXLAN FITNESS.

    • Membership includes access to all gym facilities and scheduled classes.

  2. Membership Duration:

    • The free membership is granted for a period of six (6) months.

    • The start date of the membership will be communicated to the applicant or nominee upon acceptance.

Obligations and Conduct

  1. Commitment:

    • Members are expected to commit to a regular fitness routine and actively participate in the PAXLAN FITNESS community.

  2. Code of Conduct:

    • Members must adhere to PAXLAN FITNESS’s code of conduct and facility rules at all times.

    • Any behavior deemed inappropriate or harmful to the PAXLAN FITNESS community may result in the termination of the free membership.

Privacy and Data Protection

  1. Data Use:

    • Personal information provided in the application will be used solely for the purpose of evaluating eligibility for the Offer and administering the free membership.

  2. Data Protection:

    • PAXLAN FITNESS will take all necessary steps to ensure that personal information is stored securely and protected against unauthorized access.

General Terms

  1. Non-Transferable:

    • The free membership is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other benefits.

  2. Modification and Termination:

    • PAXLAN FITNESS reserves the right to modify or terminate the Offer at any time without prior notice.

    • In the event of termination, existing members will be notified and provided with options for continued membership if possible.

  3. Limitation of Liability:

    • PAXLAN FITNESS shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from participation in the Offer or use of the gym facilities.

  4. Acceptance of Terms:

    • By submitting an application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
